Scope of service
DINOSPHERE provides football ticket sourcing, managed inventory access and customer support for selected football fixtures. We do not claim to be an official club, venue or competition ticket provider unless explicitly stated.
Orders and enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee ticket availability. A ticket order is confirmed only after availability, price, quantity, delivery method and payment are agreed by both parties.
Pricing
Prices may vary based on match demand, category, seating preference, source, quantity and timing. Guide prices and market reference prices are informational until a specific offer is confirmed.
Availability
Ticket availability can change quickly. We aim to keep public information accurate, but a ticket is not reserved until we confirm it and any required payment or reservation step is completed.
Payments
Payment terms will be confirmed before an order proceeds. Customers are responsible for paying the agreed amount by the requested deadline to secure tickets.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact details, follow delivery and venue instructions, comply with stadium rules, and ensure they can attend the event. Some fixtures may require ID, membership, app access or other fulfilment steps.
Ticket restrictions
Clubs, venues and competitions may impose entry restrictions, supporter segregation rules, age requirements, transfer rules or mobile ticket requirements. Customers must follow all applicable rules.
Limitation of liability
DINOSPHERE is not responsible for indirect losses, travel costs, accommodation, personal scheduling issues, venue refusal caused by customer breach, or changes outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
Any dispute will be handled according to the governing law and business entity details stated on the relevant invoice, order confirmation or written agreement for the confirmed order.
